Past leaks have indicated the design and features of the Galaxy Buds Able, which may also be marketed as the Galaxy Buds On. Anonymous sources cited by ET News suggest that these earbuds will not debut at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event, contrary to expectations.
The launch is planned for a separate event, though Samsung has not yet announced a specific date. The new Galaxy Buds are anticipated to compete with similar products such as the Sony LinkBuds Clip and the Bose Ultra Open, which also utilize an open-ear clip-style design.
