The Insta360 X6 is approaching its official launch, with leaked marketing images and specifications shared by WinFuture’s Roland Quandt. The images indicate a more compact design compared to the Insta360 X5, while maintaining a similar overall appearance.
The camera retains fisheye lenses on both the front and back. The rear display is now positioned directly below the rear camera, and the power and record buttons, along with the battery compartment, are located on the side.
Notably, one image confirms that the Insta360 X6 will support 8K video recording at 50 frames per second, an improvement over the previous model’s 8K at 30fps. However, the smaller design raises concerns about potential impacts on battery capacity and life.
The expected pricing for the Insta360 X6 starts at €689 for the standard model, while the Essentials Bundle is anticipated to be priced around €789.
