Huawei has announced the Band 11 series for pre-order in China, signaling an imminent official sale and a broader market rollout for the wearable lineup.
The launch follows the device’s first public appearance at the Now Is Your Run event in Madrid on February 26. The company had previously listed the series on the Philippines website before the Madrid event, indicating a strategic preparation for a wider release.
The pre-order campaign includes both Pro and Standard models, targeting different price points and catering to a variety of consumer preferences. The introduction of a Pro model marks a new tier in the Band series, reflecting Huawei’s efforts to diversify its product offerings.
The Band 11 Pro is available in three colors: Island Blue, Field Green, and Feather Black. Prices for the Pro model start at 389 yuan for a version with an Aluminum body and a fluoroelastomer strap. Additionally, a version with a green woven strap is available for 399 yuan.
The Standard Band 11 is offered in five colors: Apricot, Green, Purple, Beige, and Black. Huawei lists the Polymer Fiber Body model at 269 yuan. The Aluminum Body model is priced at 289 yuan, and an Aluminum Body with NFC costs 319 yuan, providing consumers with a range of options based on their needs and budget.
To incentivize pre-orders, Huawei launched a 20 yuan discount coupon for the series alongside Chinese subsidy benefits. Pre-orders are available via the online VMall store. The company stated that early reservations will include perks during the official sale, encouraging consumers to pre-order early.
The Band 11 series introduces a Pro model for the first time, marking a significant development in the lineup. Huawei stated that it worked on design and internal upgrades for the devices, enhancing their capabilities. The series features additional health functions and sports modes, improving upon previous models and catering to the evolving needs of fitness enthusiasts and health-conscious consumers.
