The Honor 600 Smart features a 7,700mAh battery, the largest in the 600 series available outside China, along with a 6.87-inch LCD display. This model is thicker than its predecessors, measuring 8.3mm compared to 7.8mm for the Honor 600 and 600 Pro, which have 7,000mAh batteries and smaller 6.57-inch displays.
According to data from SFR, the Honor 600 Smart can stream video for 28 hours continuously and lasts up to 93 hours on a single charge. It supports 45W fast charging.
The display reaches a brightness of up to 1,020 nits, but the resolution is lower than expected at 720 x 1,592 pixels, which may not fully utilize the large screen size. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chip, a 4nm processor with a sub-6GHz 5G modem.
Honor has previously released the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 in the Honor Play 80 Plus, which features a smaller 6.61-inch display and a 7,500mAh battery. The Honor 600 Smart has 4GB of RAM, which can be extended to 12GB using a feature called “RAM Turbo,” although this may not perform as effectively as actual RAM. It includes 128GB of non-expandable storage.
The rear camera boasts a 50MP sensor capable of recording 1080p video, an improvement over the 13MP camera found in the Play 80 Plus. The device is built to withstand drops from 2.5 meters and can be submerged in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes, earning it a Swiss SGS Premium Performance certification.
The Honor 600 Smart is equipped with stereo speakers that feature a 400% volume boost mode and includes an AI button. Honor France has listed the phone as “coming soon,” but pricing details have not yet been announced. The phone is expected to be available through SFR, France’s second-largest carrier, although no pricing information is available on their site.
