Google has released an update to its Circle to Search feature, coinciding with the launch of Samsung’s new Galaxy S26 phones, enhancing its functionality to scan and identify multiple objects within a single image simultaneously.
Powered by Gemini 3, the tool previously could only identify a single object at a time. Now, users can circle an entire person in a photo to find matches for each clothing item, shoe, and accessory they are wearing. Google has also integrated its virtual try-on feature directly into Circle to Search to help users visualize clothing.
Beyond shopping, the updated feature can analyze the relationship between different objects in an image. For example, if a user circles a photo of a coral reef, Circle to Search can identify various fish species and explain how they coexist.
The improved Circle to Search is launching first on the Galaxy S26 and Pixel 10 phones before rolling out to more Android devices.
