The eufyCam S4 introduces a new home security approach by combining a fixed 4K bullet lens with a 2K dual-lens PTZ system for comprehensive surveillance.

The fixed bullet lens offers a constant view of areas such as driveways and front doors, with clear images up to 29 feet. The PTZ camera features AI-powered tracking and monitoring capabilities, enabling it to survey larger areas and focus on points of interest by tilting and zooming. This dual-camera setup provides a more thorough surveillance solution.

The camera’s power reliability is enhanced by a detachable solar panel, which can fully charge the device in just one hour of direct sunlight. Its construction is designed for durability, incorporating edge-sealed construction and ETFE film to ensure weather resistance.

The eufyCam S4 includes dual motion detection, using radar and PIR to minimize false alarms by distinguishing between non-threatening movements and genuine security risks. Upon detecting a potential threat, the camera is equipped with red and blue warning lights and a 105 dB siren that activate as a deterrent.

Eufy’s Local AI Agent, powered by a Qualcomm 4nm AI chip, drives the camera system. The Local AI Agent can identify, analyze, and respond to numerous potential risks, ranging from loitering and package theft to fire hazards and the presence of wild animals, totaling over 100 different scenarios.

The PTZ unit works in tandem with the bullet camera, utilizing AI Tracking 2.0 to track targets identified by the bullet camera. The camera adjusts its view by auto-framing and zooming in up to 50 meters or pulling back to capture the broader scene as needed.

The AI Core facilitates large-model processing directly on the device, featuring both a Fast Path for immediate responses and a Deep Path for more complex reasoning tasks. The data is stored locally on the device to maintain user privacy and data security.
