LinkedIn has partnered with Adobe to launch a series of artificial intelligence training courses for marketers. The program aims to teach professionals the fundamentals of AI usage and how to leverage the latest AI advancements to enhance marketing outputs.

The AI Essentials for Marketers courses will be available on LinkedIn Learning. LinkedIn stated that the courses are designed to help marketing professionals develop essential AI skills relevant to their roles.

According to LinkedIn, the demand for marketers with AI skills is rising significantly. Insights from LinkedIn show that job postings requiring AI literacy have more than doubled year-over-year, increasing by 113%. To address this need, the initiative will offer four role-based courses available in 47 languages, focusing on the most sought-after marketing functions based on LinkedIn’s Economic Graph insights.

The initial courses will cover how the latest AI tools can enhance digital marketing programs, content creation, social communications, and data analytics. Participants who complete the courses will receive LinkedIn Learning certificates for their profiles.

LinkedIn’s newly established BrandWorks team designed the courses, aiming to provide hands-on strategy and creative support to LinkedIn ads customers. Announced last week, BrandWorks involves a range of marketing experts contributing to the initiative.

This program aims to benefit all users, allowing access to insights that were previously available only to LinkedIn’s higher spending clients. The courses are intended to offer valuable knowledge about the latest AI developments, helping marketing professionals stay current with evolving AI capabilities.

As LinkedIn highlighted, the growing demand for AI skills presents an opportunity for professionals to enhance their competencies. The company plans to collaborate with Adobe on additional AI-focused training content to ensure that marketers remain equipped with the latest AI skills.
