YouTube TV is set to launch over 10 new, more affordable subscription plans in the coming weeks, addressing criticism that its $82.99 main package has become too pricey for many cord-cutters.

The most affordable option revealed so far is the Entertainment Plan, priced at $54.99 per month. According to YouTube, this plan is designed for cinephiles and comedy fans, and includes major broadcast networks alongside channels like FX, Hallmark, Comedy Central, Bravo, Paramount, Food Network, and HGTV.

A Sports Plan will be available at $64.99 per month, bundling all major broadcast networks with sports channels including FS1, NBC Sports Network, the full ESPN lineup, and the upcoming ESPN Unlimited. For $71.99 per month, the Sports + News plan adds national news networks such as CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, CNBC, and Bloomberg.

Families who prefer entertainment and news over sports can opt for the News + Entertainment + Family Plan at $69.99 per month. This package adds kids and family channels like Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, PBS Kids, Disney Channel, and National Geographic.

Each plan comes with an introductory discount of $10 to $15 off the listed prices. All of YouTube TV’s core features, including unlimited DVR and support for up to six family members, remain available across every tier. The only differences between plans are which channels are accessible.

YouTube TV once cost as low as $35 per month when it launched. The price has since risen by $48, making it one of the most expensive live TV streaming options available. These new bundles represent YouTube’s most significant effort yet to recapture budget-conscious subscribers who may have dropped the service.
