Tap and hold the Wi-Fi icon again to view available networks, tap the desired network name, enter the password if prompted for a protected network, and tap Join in the top-right corner to connect.
The second method for iPhone users is through the Settings menu. Open Settings, tap Wi-Fi, and slide the Wi-Fi switch to the ON position if it’s off. Your iPhone scans for networks, and you can tap a network name to connect immediately if it’s open or enter a password if it’s secured. After entering the password if required, tap Join in the top-right corner to connect.

KaiOS users can connect to Wi-Fi by opening the Settings menu, tapping Wi-Fi, tapping to turn Wi-Fi on, tapping a network name to connect if it’s open or enter a password, and entering the Wi-Fi password if prompted to connect.
If your phone won’t connect to Wi-Fi, several troubleshooting steps can resolve common issues. First, turn your phone off and back on, then try connecting again. Ensure you’re within range of the Wi-Fi network and relocate if no networks appear. Power cycle your router by unplugging it for 20 seconds, plugging it back in, waiting a few minutes, and then retrying.
