Teamfight Tactics patch 15.6 introduces a new Stream Mode feature with three privacy levels to help streamers avoid targeted harassment, along with various balance changes and new content.

A new Stream Mode feature has been implemented, offering three distinct privacy levels for players. This feature is designed to help streamers avoid targeted harassment in their games. The levels available are Hide Other Names, Hide My Name, and Hide My Everything.

The Hide Other Names setting conceals the names of other players on the user’s screen, while the user’s own identity remains visible to others in the game. The Hide My Name option hides the user’s RiotID and in-game name from all other players and third-party applications, but account progression details like Profile Pic and Ranked Border remain visible. The Hide My Everything setting provides maximum anonymity by hiding the user’s RiotID, Game Name, and all account progression details from other players and third-party applications.

In a crossover with the fighting game 2XKO, several new themed Power-Ups have been added to Teamfight Tactics. These additions bring mechanics and character themes from 2XKO into the auto-battler. The new Power-Ups include 2X Contender, 2XKO, Attempt #37, Corner Carry, Denting Blows, Double Down, Fury Break, Noxious Trap, Quick Tag, Rocket Grab, Snax Time, Stalking Dart, Super Mega, Tentacle Smash, and Wind Wall.

The Artifact Anvil Encounter has been disabled from the start of the game to provide players with more flexibility in their early-game strategies. Several traits have received balance adjustments, including Crystal Gambit, Mighty Mech, Monster Trainer, Soul Fighter, and Star Guardian.

Among 2-cost units, Gangplank has been buffed, with his Attack Damage increased from 45 to 50 and his resistances raised from 50 to 55. For 3-cost units, Ahri’s Overkill damage amount has been increased from 55% to 80%, Rammus received buffs to his survivability, Smolder’s spell primary damage was increased, Udyr’s heal was slightly increased, and Yasuo’s base spell is now less likely to target backline units.

In the 4-cost unit category, Akali’s dash damage was slightly nerfed, Ashe received adjustments to her base AD and spell damage, and Ryze’s spell damage was increased. Five-cost units received a series of buffs to make them more viable as primary carries, including Lee Sin, Seraphine, Twisted Fate, Yone, and Zyra.

Numerous Augments have been adjusted, including Nine-Thousand Volts, Give ‘em the Chair, Twilight Assault, and Blood Rage. The Care Package augment was fixed to correctly grant 3 rewards total, and several Golden Quest augment rewards were updated. Standard and Radiant items also saw changes, such as Ionic Spark, Bloodthirster, and Radiant Nashor’s Tooth.

Artifact items were adjusted, including Dawncore, Blighting Jewel, and Fishbones. Existing Power-Ups have been rebalanced, with changes to Adaptive Skin, All Out Attack, Best Defense, and others. The available Power-Up pools for several champions were updated, and the Thief’s Gloves item can now roll higher-tier item combinations based on the player’s level.

A bug has been fixed that previously prevented Augments offered on stage 2-1 from filtering based on the units a player had on their board, expected to increase the variety of Augments available to players in the early game.
