AnTuTu revealed its rankings of the most powerful Android phones for March 2025, covering both flagship and mid-range models. The lists reflect performance data compiled by AnTuTu from March 1 to March 31, 2025.
In the flagship segment, the Vivo X200 Pro leads with a score of 2,902,298. The iQOO 13 follows closely with 2,885,754 points, and the iQOO Neo 10 Pro ranks third with 2,817,285 points. The OnePlus 13 secures fourth place with a score of 2,789,969.
The mid-range category is topped by the Xiaomi Redmi Turbo 4, achieving a score of 1,719,623. The OnePlus Ace 3V comes in second with 1,452,756 points, while the OPPO Reno 13 Pro is third, scoring 1,373,372. The competition between Qualcomm and MediaTek continues in this segment, with the Dimensity 8400-Ultra standing out as a top-performing mid-range chip. The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 remains a significant competitor.
