Realme is gearing up to launch the GT 8 and GT 8 Pro in October, with recent leaks shedding light on the GT 8 Pro’s design and features, generating significant buzz in the tech community.
A leaked image has revealed the purported design of the GT 8 Pro’s camera island, positioned in the top left corner of the device. The image, which was obtained with the device concealed by a heavy-duty case, provides a glimpse into the phone’s design. Realme is expected to co-brand the GT 8 Pro with Ricoh, potentially introducing Ricoh’s “Negative Film” color style to smartphones. This collaboration is anticipated to emphasize natural tones in imaging, a feature that is likely to appeal to photography enthusiasts.
The GT 8 Pro is rumored to boast a 6.78-inch flat display with ultra-narrow bezels, a feature that is expected to enhance the overall viewing experience. In terms of camera configuration, the device is expected to feature a 50 MP main sensor, an ultrawide lens, and a 200 MP periscope telephoto camera. This camera setup is likely to provide users with a high level of versatility and image quality. Additionally, the device is rumored to have a battery capacity under 8,000 mAh.
In contrast, the GT 8 is expected to feature a less ambitious camera setup without a periscope. Instead, the device is likely to prioritize screen quality, performance, and battery life. The GT 8 Pro, on the other hand, is positioned as Realme’s flagship imaging device for the upcoming period, highlighting the company’s focus on delivering high-quality camera capabilities.
