Steam’s latest hardware survey reveals shifting GPU preferences among gamers in March 2025. While the RTX 3060 remains dominant, the RTX 4060 saw a significant dip, and mobile GPUs are gaining traction, setting the stage for renewed competition between Intel and AMD.
The GeForce RTX 3060 holds its top spot with a 5.10% usage share, despite a 1.77% decrease from the previous month.
Conversely, the RTX 4060 experienced a notable decline, dropping to 4.77% with a 3.80% decrease.
The RTX 4060 mobile GPU increased in usage, rising to 4.48% with a 0.78% increase.
