Tecno has unveiled the full specifications of its Spark Slim and Pova Slim smartphones, introduced earlier this month at IFA Berlin, boasting cutting-edge features and sleek designs.
Both devices feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate and 1220p resolution, offering up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness and 1,600 nits in high-brightness mode, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. The high refresh rate and impressive brightness make these displays suitable for smooth visuals and outdoor viewing.
The rear camera setup on both phones includes a 50 MP main sensor and a 2 MP depth lens, enhanced by Tecno’s Mood Light LED system, which likely improves the overall photography experience. The front camera is a 13 MP sensor, catering to the needs of selfie enthusiasts and video call users.
Internally, the Tecno Spark Slim is powered by a MediaTek Helio G200 SoC, providing 4G connectivity, whereas the Pova Slim is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 5G+ SoC, enabling 5G support. Both smartphones will ship with Android 15, ensuring a seamless user experience.
The Spark Slim is available in Sky Blue, Slim White, and Cool Black, offering 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. In contrast, the Pova Slim comes in Slim White and Cool Black, with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. These storage and RAM configurations should provide ample space and performance for demanding tasks.
Both models are equipped with a 5,160 mAh battery supporting 45 W fast charging, a feature that should appeal to users who need a reliable and quick power boost. Additional features include dual speakers with Dolby Atmos, a vapor cooling chamber, and an IP64 rating, enhancing the overall multimedia and durability aspects of the devices.
The Spark Slim measures 5.93 mm in thickness, while the Pova Slim is 5.95 mm thick, with both weighing 156 g. Their slim profiles and manageable weights make them comfortable to hold and use.
Pricing and availability details for the Tecno Spark Slim and Pova Slim have not yet been disclosed, leaving potential buyers awaiting further information before making a purchasing decision.
