Samsung, king of the foldable phone market, is rumored to be releasing a budget-friendly foldable, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE, this July at its Unpacked event, alongside the Z Flip 7 and Z Fold 7.
A recent leak from Galaxy Club reveals the specs for the international version of the Z Flip 7 FE, suggesting potential differences from the US model.
The Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE will allegedly operate on the Exynos 2400E processor, also found in the Galaxy S24 FE, while foregoing the standard 12GB of RAM, and instead offering 8GB.
As for cameras, the Z Flip 7 FE is expected to feature a 12MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP front-facing camera.
This camera setup mirrors that of the 2023 Galaxy Z Flip 5, a step down from the Z Flip 6’s 50MP primary camera.
Compared to the standard Z Flip 7 with faster processing, better cameras, a refreshed design, and a larger battery, the FE version may offer a more economical entry into the world of foldables.
