Fortnite Festival Season 10 is set to launch on August 26, headlined by the virtual band Gorillaz, according to Epic Games. The new season brings Noodle, 2D, Russel Hobbs, and Murdoc Niccals into the game.
The new season introduces a Gorillaz-themed main stage, featuring elements such as a city skyline, graffiti art, a train, and a skate park. This addition follows previous appearances by other celebrity acts like Bruno Mars, Sabrina Carpenter, Hatsune Miku, and Snoop Dogg in the game.
Players will be able to purchase a Noodle & 2D bundle from the Fortnite Shop, which includes character outfits, Noodle’s guitar case, the DARE emote, Noodle’s guitar, 2D’s megaphone back bling, a Gorillaz camo wrap, 2D’s mic, the DARE jam track, and Bonesy Balloons contrail. Each item in the bundle will also be available for individual purchase. Furthermore, the “Clint Eastwood” jam track will be available for purchase.
The Season 10 Music Pass will offer additional content, including Russel Hobbs and Murdoc Niccals outfits and accessories, along with new jam tracks from MXZI, Hanumankind, and Stone Temple Pilots.
In addition to the new content, the update introduces gameplay improvements. Epic Games is adding “Good” notes to provide clearer feedback on near-perfect plays and adjusting the design of lift notes to improve readability. Players have the option to disable these new designs in the game settings if preferred.
Fortnite Festival, developed by Harmonix, is accessible within Fortnite’s main menu and features its own Music Pass, modes, and microtransactions.
