Honor has expanded its mid-range smartphone lineup in Europe with the launch of the Honor 400 Smart 5G, initially available through Orange in Spain and expected to roll out to additional European markets.
The smartphone boasts a 6.77-inch LCD screen with a 720×1610 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 700 nits, making it suitable for various user needs. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, providing a balance between performance and storage capacity.
The Honor 400 Smart 5G features a dual rear camera setup, including a 50 MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2 MP depth sensor, allowing for versatile photography options. The front-facing camera is rated at 5 MP, catering to selfie enthusiasts. A key highlight of the device is its large 6,500 mAh battery, which supports 35W wired charging, ensuring extended usage periods. The smartphone operates on Android 15 with Honor’s Magic UI 9.0 overlay and is backed by a commitment from Honor to provide five years of security patches, enhancing its appeal to security-conscious users.
Physically, the Honor 400 Smart 5G measures 166.89 x 76.8 x 8.39 mm and weighs 189g. As the lowest-end model in the 400 series, it stands out with a considerably larger battery compared to the Honor 400 Lite, making it an attractive option for those prioritizing battery life.
