By adopting a premium hardware design for a more affordable Fan Edition product, Samsung could offer a high-end aesthetic at a lower price, potentially appealing to users who found the fit of the standard Buds 3 less comfortable.
Evidence of the Galaxy Buds 3 FE, with the model number R420, was previously discovered in June within Samsung’s Wear OS Buds Controller app, indicating its development.
