Xiaomi to Roll Out HyperOS 2.2 to 50 Devices

Xiaomi is gearing up for a significant software update rollout, with the stable HyperOS 2.2 version becoming available for approximately 50 eligible devices globally, starting with 16 specific models.

This push for a wider and faster software distribution underscores Xiaomi’s efforts to enhance the user experience across its device portfolio. According to information shared by XiaomiTime, while around 50 Xiaomi devices are slated to receive the HyperOS 2.2 update, a concentrated initial wave will target 16 specific models.

The rollout is not limited to a single region but is planned for various global markets, including key regions such as mainland China, the European Economic Area (EEA), Indonesia, Turkey, Taiwan, Russia, and India, among others. This broad distribution strategy ensures that users in numerous countries will soon gain access to the latest HyperOS features.

Certain flagship and prominent devices are positioned to be in the initial stable HyperOS 2.2 release batch for many countries. This includes the latest Xiaomi 14 series, the POCO F7 Ultra, and the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4. These devices represent the vanguard of Xiaomi’s lineup and will be among the first to offer users the improved software experience and new capabilities that HyperOS 2.2 brings.

Xiaomi has already commenced the stable HyperOS 2.2 rollout within mainland China as of last week. With the domestic launch underway, the company is now actively preparing the official version for its extensive base of global users. This phased approach is common in major software rollouts, allowing for monitoring and adjustments before worldwide availability.

The list of 16 eligible global devices anticipated to receive the stable HyperOS 2.2 update in the near future includes a mix of smartphones and tablets spanning different series: POCO M7 Pro 5G/Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro, POCO Pad/ Redmi Pad Pro, Redmi 13R/Redmi 13C 5G, Redmi K80 Pro/POCO F7 Ultra, Redmi Note 13 4G NFC, POCO F7 Ultra, Xiaomi 13T, Xiaomi 13T Pro, Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Xiaomi 14T, Xiaomi 14T Pro/Redmi K70 Ultra, Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro/ Xiaomi 14 CIVI, and Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4.

Users of these devices in the specified global regions should keep an eye out for the update notification as Xiaomi continues its rollout of the stable HyperOS 2.2 version.
